1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. The returned item must meet the conditions outlined in our returns section. If the new item costs more than the original, the difference must be paid by the customer.

6. Late Returns
